Alberto Nanclares was born in Madrid in 1979. An architecture student, he has been combining his studies with his collective research, creation, and cultural production project called Basurama since 2001. He has also carried out, in his own words, "a series of cultural activities of all kinds that have not contributed anything to his life, apart from leading him down strange paths, making him spend millions of pesetas on records, and allowing him to indulge his passion for travel."
