Horacio Fernández He is an art historian specializing in photography. A tenured professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Cuenca, he is also an exhibition curator. Among his publications are the books Public photograph (Aldeasa, 1999) and The Latin American photobook (RM, Aperture, Cosac Naiffy, Images en Maneouvre, 2010). In June 2012, the exhibition opened.
