Ethical channel

What is the Ethics Hotline?

It is our confidential resource and channel for submitting claims and complaints in accordance with Law 2/2023, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.

Some of the situations that could be reported through this channel are:

- possible conduct and behaviors considered illegal in the performance of work

- alleged lucrative management of company resources,

- situations of discrimination or sexual abuse

- practices of corruption, theft, fraud, etc.

Who can submit a communication?

Any person from the company and those external persons who are or have been linked or related to it in a work or professional context.

How can I make a communication?

It can be completed by following the steps indicated in the Confidential Whistleblowing Channel formFurthermore, communication can be anonymous.

How will the communication be processed?

The informant may choose to make the communication confidentially (indicating the name and contact information) or, if desired, in a 100% anonymous manner.

All communications are guaranteed to be treated confidentially and securely.

The internal information system brings together the guarantees of confidentiality, no reprisals, respect for independence, data protection, secrecy of communications and the correct practices of monitoring, investigation and protection of the informant.

HR-related matters

Matters relating to interpersonal conflicts should not be reported through this system, but should be dealt with by the HR department.

Bad faith allegations

People who make complaints with the intention of revenge, moral harassment, causing work or professional harm, or damaging the honor of the people involved or a third party, may be subject to disciplinary action.

Monitoring their communications can be relevant for numerous reasons:

1) You want to see the status of your communication.

2) Do you wish to provide additional information to your communication?
