Following on from the exhibition We are roots, which presents for the first time in Spain the work of artists Santiago Yahuarcani and Nereyda López, curated by Isabella Lenzi and Rember Yahuarcani and which can be visited at el Círculo Until September 14. The film is a portrait of Rember, a Uitoto artist whose work is inspired by the stories his grandmother Martha used to tell him. She, who survived the darkest part of her people's history—the rubber boom—guides him in dreams on his journey to La Chorrera. It is there that Rember reunites with the members of his clan, the White Heron, and understands why the story of his ancestors must not be forgotten.
