Fragile balance
In this film, the words of José Mujica, former president of Uruguay, weave together three intertwined stories that address universal issues on different continents. These range from two Japanese executives in Tokyo whose lives are trapped in a vicious cycle of consumerism and work; to a sub-Saharan community on Mount Gurugú, near the Melilla border fence, risking their lives every day; to several families in Spain devastated by the economic crisis, real estate speculation, political corruption, and the loss of their homes.
Winner of the award for best documentary at the Goya Awards 2017 and the SEMINCI Film Festival 2016.
