Dr. Frankenstein runs a mental asylum for the criminally insane. Alongside the young Dr. Simon Helder and the beautiful Sarah, he embarks on a new research project using the body of an inmate. The monster is an amalgamation of human parts from several deceased inmates of the institution: the hands of a craftsman and the brain of a brilliant professor complete the organism.
