Seidl follows six believers through different churches and, with their permission, films their individual conversations with Jesus. Often, these begin as prayers, but sometimes evolve into confessions. All the believers are very different from one another, but they share a sense of loneliness and sadness. Yet, Seidl finds humor in this material.
