A journalist (Raoul Duke) and a mysterious lawyer (Dr. Gonzo) travel to Las Vegas on business. But what begins as a work trip quickly turns into an explosive hallucinogenic journey. Both characters end up consuming all kinds of drugs, committing various frauds, and generally causing chaos wherever they go.
