Chi was born in Taiwan in the mid-1970s and grew up on Happiness Road. She later moved to the United States, where she married an American. Returning to her homeland for her grandmother's funeral, she begins to reminisce about her childhood and teenage years with her grandmother. Winner of the Grand Prize at the 2018 Tokyo Anime Festival.
