AUTUMN SONATA
Charlotte is a famous concert pianist so dedicated to her career that she hasn't seen her family in seven years. Performance commitments terrify her. Charlotte uses her career as the perfect excuse to never be home. Her daughter, Eva, suffers from significant emotional distress because she longs for her mother's presence and harbors a complex love-hate relationship with her. The film chronicles the tense reunion between mother and daughter, whom she abandoned to pursue her artistic career.
