At SUR, we want to train the best arts professionals through a unique program, based on an integrated vision of all creative disciplines and their ways of doing things.

Teaching at SUR is grounded in practice. We don't see the arts as separate disciplines, but rather as interconnected forms of artistic creation and reflection. Our program features over twenty workshops that foster innovation through transdisciplinary practice based on dialogue between diverse forms of expression. We cultivate your critical thinking, enrich it with a wealth of references, and develop your analytical skills through theoretical courses, masterclasses, and discussions with leading figures in each field.

SUR is an intellectual project that seeks to generate a community of thought and creativity among professors, students and emerging and established figures who understand that art and thought must have a clear experimental vocation, recovering the original meaning of the word "rehearse".
