Bailand. Annual Training
Interdisciplinary joint creation
A year to immerse oneself in collective creative processes, with dance and movement as the central focus and meeting point between different disciplines.
Each month, an intensive weekend workshop with a guest professor from the world of music, dance, or sound art. From their perspectives, we will explore the many ways in which sound and movement intersect, engage in dialogue, and transform one another.
How are dance and music related? What emerges from free improvisation, flamenco, folklore, or urban music? How do the processes change when musicians and dancers create together?
The training is aimed at both professionals and amateurs in dance, music, and other performing arts. It's a space for collective research, broadening horizons, and reflecting on "us" through shared artistic practice.
Workshops Program

Module 1
Flor Buzzo
October 11–12 | November 8–9
A proposal to explore the adaptability and integrity of the body, releasing tension and recovering authenticity. Starting with self-knowledge and individual creativity, we move on to connecting with the group, from the inside out.
Through somatic practices, internal martial arts, biotensegrity, and nervous system awareness, we train a strong and flexible body, open to interacting with the environment. A collective space of kindness and curiosity where we nurture both the individual and the group.

Module 2
Patricia Knight
January 10–11 | February 7–8
It is a proposal for conscious artistic practice that integrates body, emotion, and spirit, focused on the collective exploration of new states of perception and creativity. Through BodyVoice Process and other influences, it invites participants to revisit traditions and create, in community, more ritualistic and expansive art forms.

Module 3. Space in transformation
Janet Novas
March 21–22 | April 11–12
It's an invitation to dance from the heartbeat and with enjoyment, inhabiting the rhythm and the transitions. By opening ourselves to the ground, to the space, and to what happens within and around us, dance becomes a collective act that transforms the space and fills it with shared energy.

Module 4. Body-voice-word-thought.
Nataliya Andru May 16-17
It is a collective creation project that integrates dance, physical theatre, voice, and dramaturgy as tools to explore the body, memory, and shared space. It seeks to unlock tensions and open expressive channels, blending movement, words, and poetic experimentation to generate a common territory for investigation. The group becomes a living laboratory, where each participant contributes their unique perspective, and together they construct an experience that transforms, connects, and expands art toward new forms of encounter and shared creation.
