Daily Live

Shelters

In a world of such varied threats, have you considered taking refuge? We're not talking about escaping, but about finding that place—real or symbolic—that makes us feel fully alive.

In this new edition of Living Diary, eight non-actors will take to the stage to share their most unique, personal, and courageous refuges. Stories told in the first person, unfiltered, unscreened, and without the possibility of repetition: what happens in Living Diary only happens once, in front of those who are present.

This show is a performance: after a casting and two intensive days of work building their stories with the editors of Diario Vivo, they launch themselves into nothing less than our Fernando de Rojas Theater.

This format of stage journalism—unique in Spain and inspired by Pop-Up Magazine— since 2017, it has brought together journalists, artists, and live storytellers to share true stories they've never told before. Because, in times of noise and misinformation, returning to voice, body, and emotion is also a form of resistance. A truly unique evening.
