In tune with Federico Fellini. Dream and Design (an exhibition project focusing on different artistic facets of Federico Fellini, which will open at the CBA on October 10th), Jazz Círculo He brought together four virtuoso jazz musicians, each a leader in their respective bands, and asked them to tackle an original repertoire based on the soundtracks that the Italian musician Nino Rota composed for different films by the filmmaker from Rimini.

These four musicians, the double bassist Pablo Martín Caminero, the harmonica player Antonio Serrano, the saxophonist Andreas Prittwitz and the pianist Federico Lechner, They also accepted Jazz's suggestion Círculo to take refuge, in a specific and perhaps ephemeral way, under the appellation of Fellini QuartetAnd so, as a group, they delved into the work of Nino Rota, building an original repertoire from the soundtracks of the films Otto e mezzo, I Vitelloni, Amarcord, La dolce vita, Le notti di Cabiria, E la ave va, Prova d'orchestra, La strada y Boccaccio 70, plus an original composition by Federico Lechner entitled Blues for Fellini.
