Jorge Pardo's creative talent has been bearing musical fruit for over four decades, from his beginnings with the group Dolores and with Paco de Lucía, to his recent concerts with the American pianist Chick Corea. Since 2013—the year this Madrid-born musician was recognized as Best European Jazz Musician by the French Jazz Academy—Jorge Pardo has been a regular participant in Jazz Círculo, presenting various projects and ensembles, some of them exclusive to our series. This year, Jorge has the honor of opening this concert series, presenting one of the groups he most enjoys performing with: his Flamenco-Jazz Trio.

This admirable group consists of El Bandolero on drums and percussion, Melón Jiménez on guitar and Jorge Pardo on saxophones and flute.

Alongside this edition of Jazz Círculo, and as part of the programming of On Mondays, at the Circle, on Monday October 26 A dialogue will be held to serve as an introduction to this new jazz cycle: the saxophonist will participate.
