The drummer Naíma Acuña Today, she is one of the most talented young jazz performers in Spain. Endorsed by musicians such as Arturo Sandoval, Alex Acuña, and Greg Osby, she trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, graduating at the age of 14, and at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de A Coruña, where she earned a degree in jazz with highest honors. She has performed on stages throughout Europe and America, and has accompanied artists such as Mulgrew Miller, Jean Toussaint, Scott Stroman, Eclectic Voices, Cennet Jönsson, Pierre Boussaguet, Christian Escoudé, Nikki Iles, Roberto Somoza, Giulia Valle, Gareth Fowler, Chris Young, Kenny Wheeler, Paco Charlín, Huw Warren, and Don Rendell.

Naíma Acuña presents at Jazz Círculo a group together with two renowned jazz musicians: pianist Xan Campos and double bassist Paco Charlín, with whom he will perform a melodic and contemporary repertoire, which will include songs of his own authorship.
