Perico Sambeat Plays Zappa This album, conducted by Sambeat and performed in an ensemble format, explores the repertoire of the multifaceted Frank Zappa. It was commissioned by the Jimmy Glass Jazz Club from saxophonist Perico Sambeat, considered one of the great Spanish jazz musicians. It includes tracks from the albums... Hot Rats, Over Nite Sensation, The Grand Wazoo, One Size Fits All y Roxy & Elsewhere, among others.

The ensemble includes Perico Sambeat (alto and soprano saxophones, flute and tambourine), Javier Vercher (tenor and soprano saxophones), Voro García (trumpet), Toni Belenguer (trombone), Santi Navalón (keyboards), Iván Cebrián (guitar), Julio Fuster (double bass and electric bass) and Miquel Asensio “Rochet” (drums).
