Yuhan Su She represents a new generation of jazz musicians in Taiwan. Her music is innovative and imbued with great sensitivity. Her compositions and improvisations are particularly personal, complex, and emotive. And while she is capable of shining solely through her technique, her profound sense of lyricism and a very distinctive interpretive style are also among her outstanding qualities.

Born in Taiwan, Yuhan Su moved to Boston in 2008 to study at Berkeley College of Music. She regularly accompanies acclaimed saxophonist Greg Osby's Circle Music label in his performances.

This concert is part of the series Made in Taiwan. Taiwan in el Círculo, which, since 2014, has been approaching the cultural diversity of this Asian country.
