Travels | Horacio Coppola
Horacio Coppola He was the first photographer to undertake the initiatory pilgrimage common to numerous Argentine visual artists since the end of the 19th century. However, before his two trips to Europe, in 1930 and 1931, a modern vocation was already evident in his way of capturing reality.
Through 120 photographs, this exhibition portrays Coppola's photographic and cinematographic apprenticeship in Europe, before returning and possibly becoming the most illustrious photographer in Buenos Aires.
