The future of Nietzschean research in the Ibero-American sphere
II International Congress of Young Researchers in the Thought of Nietzsche
The influence of Friedrich Nietzsche's thought, both in philosophy and in other artistic disciplines, remains undeniable from the beginning of the 20th century to the present day. Proof of this is the recent recognition by UNESCO, which has included his legacy in the Register of Documentary Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
In the Ibero-American sphere, his work has been particularly well received, generating its own interpretations and debates. However, in an increasingly uncertain and changing context, this congress proposes to raise questions about the present and future of Nietzschean studies: what place does his thought occupy today, how does it engage with our realities, and what forms does it take beyond the academic sphere?
The 2nd International Congress of Young Researchers in the Thought of Nietzsche, which will be held from April 8 to 10, 2026, continues a first edition held in Lisbon in 2023 and is born with the vocation to continue building this space for exchange in the coming years.
From el Círculo We host the closing day, bringing together researchers from different backgrounds around these issues.
