"Elogio del confín" (MARCO Museum of Contemporary Art of Vigo), by Manuel Vilariño, is a short collection of poems consisting of 55 haikus written at dawn during the first months of confinement.

With the first light of dawn, that time of mist and silence, the poet and visual artist would go for a walk in the woods surrounding his house or in the marshes of the estuary. A murmur, a song, or the creaking of a tree would condense an essential image or lead to a poetic note. A moment of revelation, unique and immutable.

Participants in the event include Fernando Castro Flórez, critic and exhibition curator, Arantxa Romero, poet and university professor, Miguel Fernández-Cid, director of MARCO, and Manuel Vilariño, photographer and poet.
