EÑE Festival 2021

The Festival will be held between November 11 and 21, returning to the in-person format for all its activities.

We will once again enjoy conversations and activities featuring leading figures in Spanish literature. The professor and cultural manager Montserrat Iglesias She will be in charge of the literary direction of the Eñe Festival 2021, proposing a program that deals with The narratives of love from very varied points of view. As she herself points out:

Because it's time to love each other, to celebrate that we've found each other again, enamored with good literature and culture. Love will pierce the festival like an arrow, in its diverse forms and labyrinths, from romantic love to the warm love of friendship, from the love of words and reading, to the passion for adventure, or beauty, and, always, the love of life.

We'll meet again very soon in Eñe.

In the framework of the Eñe Festival, which in this edition is dedicated to narratives of love, the Cine Estudio The program focuses on two of the most recent titles by one of the great masters of cinematic eroticism: Philippe Garrel. For decades, often in black and white, which is also the color of these two films, Garrel's cinema has been exploring the infinite variations of loves as tortuous as they are joyful, often unspoken; difficult loves, to borrow Italo Calvino's title.
