Generation Z and Boomers: a necessary alliance

Within the framework of its line of intergenerational cultural programming, el Círculo de Bellas Artes Padula & Partners organizes the “Senior Future” Forums, an initiative of Merck in collaboration with the Banco Sabadell Foundation.

Four forums will be held in April, June, September, and December, focusing on senior talent, its inclusion, and its necessary coexistence with younger talent. These meetings aim to analyze the reality in our country and our region regarding how the talent of the four working-age generations is valued, companies' practices in this regard, the keys to intergenerational teams, specific issues such as the role of senior women, the differences between urban and rural environments, and how age discrimination also affects the cultural sphere. The problem of ageism will be addressed, which requires effective solutions in a society with an increasing number of senior citizens and workers.

To achieve this, we will have experts, organizations, and companies that are already committed to intergenerational teams, highlighting the benefits of this necessary and beneficial coexistence for everyone.
