Climate of change
In a global context where the effects of climate change are increasingly evident, it is crucial to decisively address the challenges this phenomenon presents. Within this framework, Climate Change is a series of meetings designed to delve into the psychological, social, technological, and political factors that shape our response to climate change. With the aim of fostering open and thoughtful debate, these talks provided a unique space to hear from expert voices and share perspectives on how we can act, both collectively and individually.
During the various Climate Change sessions , experts such as José Antonio Corraliza, Alicia Pérez-Porro, Anxo Sánchez, Gabriel Chiodo, Susana García-López, Olivier Boucher, and Salvador Almagro-Moreno offered their perspectives on how data and science can help us better understand climate change and, more importantly, how we can mobilize for effective action to mitigate its effects. The psychological perspective, as Nobel laureate Daniel Kahneman aptly pointed out, also plays a crucial role in this process, since, as human beings, we are not naturally prepared to face global threats of this magnitude.
We invite you to review and reflect on the lessons and proposals presented, in order to continue expanding the dialogue and action around this urgent global challenge.
