Elmyr de Hory (Dory-Boutin, Elmyr von Houry, Herzog, LE Raynal, Louis Nassau… and several other names he used to cover his tracks) is one of history's greatest art forgers. It is said that he painted over a thousand works, which he hung in museums and collections worldwide, attributed to Picasso, Modigliani, Degas, and others. Born in Hungary, de Hory lived for 16 years in Ibiza, where he died after a life of deceit, luxury, and extraordinary experiences.
