Registration will be done strictly in the order in which applications are received.

Enrollment

Payment
In all cases, tuition payment will be made through the School of Arts 19 website. You will need to complete the registration form with the applicant's information. Payment will then be made online. Once all places are filled, the system will not allow any further registrations.

The School of Arts reserves the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum number of students required is not met.

Assistance
Students should note that in order to obtain the certificate of participation in the course or workshop, 100% attendance at the classes and events scheduled in each of them is mandatory.
The Secretariat staff will provide a daily list of signatures for accreditation of attendance.
To obtain the certificate, you can only miss 20% of the hours (with a justified reason).
The following will be considered justified reasons for the refund of registration fees:

1. illness of oneself, or of a family member up to the second degree of consanguinity.
   1. In case of illness, a medical certificate must be provided.
   2. In the case of serious illness of a family member, up to the second degree of consanguinity, supporting documentation must be provided.
2. Death of a relative up to the second degree of consanguinity. Documentary evidence will be required.
3. Scheduling conflicts with work or other teaching activities. Documentary evidence of scheduling conflicts will be required.

Certificate
The certificate will be awarded on the last day of the course/workshop once attendance has been verified.

Academic Recognition of Credits
UC3M undergraduate students will have all courses and workshops at the School of Arts recognized for 3 ECTS credits in Humanities.
The School of Arts will certify the number of hours completed so that other students or groups (high school teachers, professionals, etc.) can request the appropriate validations if necessary.

General rate: €150
Reduced rate for students and the unemployed: €95
Reduced rate for UC3M university community*, CBA members** and School of Arts alumni: €85

Additional 30% discount on second enrollments in courses or workshops at the School of Arts.

All students enrolled in the School of the Arts 2019 will be granted an access card and discounts at the CBA.

(*) UC3M University Community: students, alumni, administrative and teaching staff, senior citizens program
(**) Members with a minimum membership of 6 months

Comments
The registration fee includes the basic teaching materials necessary to follow the classes or workshops.

Students will receive a special price on the CBA restaurant and cafeteria services and will be able to visit the exhibitions free of charge during the period of the courses and workshops in which they are enrolled.
