Payment

In all cases, registration fees must be paid through the 2023 Summer Courses website. You will need to complete the registration form with your information. Payment will then be processed online. Once all places are filled, the system will no longer allow registrations.

The management of the Summer Courses 2023 reserves the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum number of students required is not met.

Assistance

Students should note that in order to obtain the certificate of participation in the course or workshop, attendance in person at 100% of the classes and events scheduled in each of them is mandatory.

The Secretariat staff will provide a daily list of signatures for accreditation of attendance.

To obtain the certificate, you can only miss 20% of the hours (with a justified reason).

The following will be considered justified reasons for the refund of registration fees:

  • illness of oneself, or of a family member up to the second degree of consanguinity.
  • In case of illness, a medical certificate must be provided.
  • In the case of serious illness of a family member, up to the second degree of consanguinity, supporting documentation must be provided.
  • Death of a relative up to the second degree of consanguinity. Documentary evidence will be required.
  • Scheduling conflicts with work or other teaching activities. Documentary evidence of scheduling conflicts will be required.

Certificate

The certificate will be awarded on the last day of the course/workshop, once attendance has been verified.

Academic Recognition of Credits

Only those students will receive credit recognition UC3M Those who enroll in the in-person modality. UC3M undergraduate students will have all summer courses and workshops recognized. 2023 for 3 ECTS credits in Humanities. A maximum of 6 credits may be validated.
The management of the Summer Courses 2023 will certify the number of hours completed so that other students or groups (high school teachers, professionals, etc.) can request the appropriate validations if necessary.

Comments

The registration fee includes the basic teaching materials necessary to follow the classes or workshops.

Students will be able to visit the exhibitions free of charge during the period of the courses and workshops in which they are enrolled.
