RULES OF THE COMPETITION / DRAW

1. ORGANIZER AND PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION

El Círculo de Bellas Artes This contest/raffle is organized for all interested parties with the aim of establishing a database intended solely and exclusively to send information by email about events and activities related to the theme of International Congress "A Stellar Friendship: Hegel and Hölderlin 1770-2020" that take place in el Círculo de Bellas Artes in the future.

2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND APPLICATION OF THE PROMOTION

The competition will take place within del Círculo de Bellas ArtesSince it is aimed only at those attending in person and online (it will also be announced via streaming), who are located in the Community of Madrid, the prizes can only be collected at the CBA itself.

3. TEMPORAL SCOPE

The participation period will begin on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 4:00 PM and will end on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 12:00 PM. Winners will be contacted on the afternoon of Monday, December 21.

4. FREE NATURE OF THE COMPETITION

The contest will be held as a free contest, meaning that participation does not involve any expense for the participant.

5. COMPETITION ANNOUNCEMENT

6. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS AND COMPETITION MECHANICS

7. AWARDS

8. DRAW

The draw will be conducted via the online application app-sorteos.com which randomly selects one winner for each prize. The drawing will take place on Thursday, October 1st, starting at 14 PM.

9. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

Once the contest has ended, on Thursday, October 1st, the winners will be notified by phone and email. If any of the winners cannot be reached within 24 hours of this notification, a new draw will be held.

10. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
