About the film
A group of men led by an old man attempt to halt an invasion of the city of Aquileia. The invaders are men in trench coats who are introducing machinery for a mass invasion, but as the film unfolds, it becomes clear that the invasion is total and impossible to define. The defeat of the defenders is evident from the outset, referencing the Trojan War.
First session of the Argentine Cycle Glimmers and fractures of modern Argentine cinema. Presented by Ramiro Sonzini, filmmaker, film researcher and curator of the series.
