About the film

A love letter to Naples—a city that laughs, enchants, and captivates—that takes us on a journey through the life of Parthenope (Celeste Dalla Porta) from her birth in the 50s to the present day. A tale brimming with passion and freedom, immersing us in the great loves and decisions that change everything forever. The life of this unprejudiced woman, ahead of her time, is a beautiful, chaotic, and fascinating voyage as she discovers and learns the art of living in an environment as puritanical as it is oppressive.
