Luar Na Lubre is considered the most prominent folk music group on the Iberian Peninsula. Their international profile has steadily grown, with performances in numerous countries. They have also participated in major world music festivals alongside artists such as Bob Geldof, Mike Oldfield, The Waterboys, and The Corrs.

The Galician band presents their new album, Mar Maior , at the CBA, a musical offering that features the debut vocals of Paula Rey. The album also showcases a strong influence of medieval music, primarily Galician-Portuguese, while also incorporating traditional Galician and Atlantic music, as well as original compositions.
