Jorge Naval presents Fíos da alma. Teatriños de lo imposible (Arranca Editorial. Madrid, 2025), a journey through the construction of a library, through the making of a dress. Colors assault the poems, philosophers head towards the “masquerade ball” and the sound of the lute approaches the Bohemian Sea, the gates of Kairouan – “the gate whose opening leads you to the world that was absent” –.

But the journey is also a return one, because the text has the kindness to present us, to place within our hands, the thoughts of someone who, carefully and patiently, wove the books of a Library with the threads of a dress. Teatriños invites us to reach out and touch reality.

The event will be presented by Oliva María Rubio, curator and art historian. Participants will include Manuel Borrás, editor at Pre-Textos; Ignacio Castro Rey, philosopher and writer; Ada Naval, researcher in Image Theory; and Jorge Naval, author.
