El Círculo de Bellas Artes, together with FUHEM, is organizing the conferences for the eighth consecutive year With science in schoolWith the collaboration of FECYT, SM, the José Ramón Otero Foundation, and the Regional Ministry of Education and Research. They will take place on the following days 6 and 7 March of 2018A science fair will be held there again, with the participation of the selected schools. The application period ended on January 11.

The "Science in Schools" event is held with the aim of bringing science closer to the public through highly interactive experiences. Primary, secondary, and high school students participating in the various science projects will be responsible for explaining and presenting them to the visiting public.

An educational and interactive concert for all ages. Through music, fantasy, and a host of unusual and recycled instruments, a story full of surprising cultural messages and plenty of humor will be told. Attendees will participate in performing some songs and making instruments from everyday objects. This is music born from fantasy.

In the style of speakers' corners English speakers and several National Science in Action Award winners will surprise passersby with their experiences. Presentations will be given by, among others, Fernando Prada (RSEF BBVA Foundation Physics Teaching and Outreach Award), Fernando Blasco (Polytechnic University of Madrid), Juan Antonio García-Monge (science communicator), and Pablo Nacenta (GEEF-RSEF).
