The series takes images of recognizable international theaters from the place that only technicians and actors tread in those theaters, showing us the complex technical mechanisms necessary to provoke the illusion that there is a fourth wall that separates us from the space of representation and illusion — a fourth wall that we know is responsible for the particular way in which our reality, our desire and our subjectivity have been constructed since European modernity.
